Sunday Morning Meeting...

We would like to invite you to join us at our regular Sunday morning meeting at Alpha House.

The meeting starts at 10:30 and will usually finish around 12:30 with free refreshments afterwards.

 

Alpha House is located to the rear of Heolgerrig Social Club, in Merthyr Tydfil. The postcode is CF48 1RP for your sat-navs and Googlemaps.

Craft Club

Every Monday night, 7-9pm at Alpha House. If you like making things or wish that you could, or just want some company while you sit and sew or knit, why not come and join us, all are welcome.

We usually meet every Friday at 7.30-9.30pm - but also get together on weekends and sometimes in the week.

NOW:Generation Youth is open to young people aged 12-18, or school years 7 to 13. Our meetings simply involve us sharing life* in different ways - movie nights, bible studies, games nights, discussions and debates, walks, pizza nights etc.... We love life!

Leaders

Mark & Pauline Dorricott

Mark and Pauline have been married for 8 years, have two children and live in Merthyr Tydfil.

Mark is an Elder with responsibility for all aspects of music and worship, and the children's ministry.

Stephen & Shân Dorricott

Stephen and Shân have been married for over 30 years, have two children, three grandchildren and also live in Merthyr Tydfil.

Steve is an Elder and has acted as a life coach and mentor to a number of young men.

Shân actively encourages the children to use their spiritual gifts as part of the main assembly.

Nicholas & Gemma Matheson

Nicholas and Gemma were married in 2007 and have two children. As an elder at Nation Changers, Nick has a vision to see the Church reach out to the communities we live in, and to grow and plant new works.

The Matheson's are involved in leading Youth (11-18s), discipleship-groups and a home-group, and have a heart to develop and encourage all believers, young and old, to fulfil their potential, and to draw out the treasure from within them.

Terry & Pam Thomas

Terry and Pam have been married for over 30 years, have three children, seven grandchildren and live in Hirwaun, Aberdare.

Terry is a Deacon with responsibility for the finance of the church.

Together with Pam, they oversee all aspects of the church administration.

John & Brenda Cresswell

John and Brenda have been married for over 30 years, have one son and live in Merthyr Tydfil.

John is a recognised Helps Ministry and serves the Church in the area of Sound and PA.

Brenda serves the church by organising crèche facilities for babies & toddlers.

They have both served faithfully in these areas for over 25 years.
